We need local hospital boards, but private ones

Tony Abbott is trying to mimic market efficiency with his "local boards", but the problems are still guaranteed to continue until government removes itself from heathcare altogether. The question is how many years of rolling healthcare crises will it take for people to consider that the problem just might be the discredited principle of socialism. And if you want to "end the blame game" between the federal and state governments, then read the Australian Constitution which DOES NOT give the federal government powers to control healthcare. |

Yeah your right we need Free
Yeah your right we need Free Market Healthcare. But as an Australian, I doubt we are going to get it. Keep up the good fight but until then, Australian Rothbardians need to (actually all libertarians) use their knowledge to get the best healthcare they can afford.
I wont go into it here, and maybe you might come to the conclusion that I am neurotic but just my own, my family and acquaintances experiences with Australia's healthcare system is enough to make me believe everyone should seriously look into protecting themselves and their loved ones as best they can.
After some of his posts about healthcare on Lew Rockwell.com I e-mailed David Kramer for some advice on where to look for good healthcare, he sent me a link to a webpage he already had discussed in his blog posts and although I am very grateful for his help, the web page didn't give me much direction in trying to discover the best healthcare I could help to obtain in Australia.
I did previouly belong to Choice Online, but gave up on them because there are so socialist it blinds them, such that the advice to their subscribers isn't that good.
Previously before I found this site I found the Private Doctors Australia site, but they didn't help with my queries although there was some damn good reading on that site. Oh, so little time, I wish I found out about libertarianism a lot earlier in my life, it would have saved me from a lot of anxiety, angst and confusion.
Libertarians should (no compulsion though) think about being practical and helping each other out with advice on living in society that will probably never be as they would want it. However keep up the good fight though.
If any of you could provide some direction, I would greatly appreciate it.
Wishing you good health
