Green ideologue Tim Flannery has declared that a failure to reach global agreement on carbon emissions reductions will likely result in war.

Speaking to Australian Associated Press from a meeting of climate ministers in New York, Flannery implicitly points the finger at India, China, Brazil, Russia and the African continent, suggesting that if they don’t act, then military action by the west may be required to shut down their economic development infrastructure.

Critics point out that anthropogenic global warming is a manufactured excuse to keep third world countries in poverty, stagnate and reverse economic development in first world countries and achieve the ends of the global 'elite'.

These comments follow those from officials at the US State Department and US Military last month, saying global warming is a military issue.
