Forced home inspections for "hoarders"
"RESIDENTS could be subjected to council inspections inside their homes, under a proposal to stamp out hoarding in the suburbs."
Of course, nobody wants the house next door to look like a garbage dump but there is the question of how "useless items or items of limited value" is defined.
Could this be the foot in the door for something bigger? Perhaps regular and involuntary home inspections by local councils to see whether you are living "green" enough, checking your carbon emissions and whether you are recycling correctly.
